Also known as Guanacaste. Great looking slabs with “Koa/Acacia-like” color/grain and at a very economical price. Please note that Parota is a fairly fast growing species (density somewhere in between Redwood and Mahogany), so a good hard top coat is highly recommended (lacquer, polyurethane, etc.)
