The Sika Greenstreak Speed Dowel Model PSD12/4TX is a high-strength polypropylene slip-dowel sleeve that aligns dowels for positive load transfer across slab-on-ground concrete joints. This 24 inch sleeve accepts a 4 rebar or 5/8 inch smooth dowel and eliminates dowel greasing for faster installation. Steel dowel and base are not included.
