The TimberTech® DrySpace™ Drainage Kit is an under-deck water management system designed to collect and redirect rainwater, protecting your deck’s substructure and creating a dry, functional space below. Ideal for both new and existing decks, this system is easy to install and enhances the usability of the area beneath your deck.

Installation Tips:

Preparation: Ensure joist spacing matches the kit configuration (12″ or 16″ OC).

Installation Sequence: Start by attaching the Ledger F-Bracket to the ledger board, followed by installing the Combo Brackets to the joists, and finally inserting the V-Panels.

Slope: Maintain a slight slope (approximately 1/8″ per foot) away from the house to facilitate proper drainage.

Fasteners: Use corrosion-resistant screws (not included) for securing brackets.
