SNAP-CAP is a long-lasting PVC plastic expansion joint cap that, when used over fiber expansion joint material, provides a time- and cost-saving method for forming straight, uniform, and debris-free joints of the proper configuration, ready to seal. After the concrete cures, the top of SNAP-CAP pulls free and is discarded, leaving a clean, properly configured joint reservoir ready for sealant. Non-corrosive and flexible, it is compatible with expansion joint fillers and joint sealants to provide an effective expansion and contraction joint system, ideal for both horizontal and vertical concrete applications.
